Khajoor Gur Rocks are chocolates made of “Notun Gur” and roasted peanuts, and then they are coated with tempered chocolate. “Notun Gur” is traditional jaggery from Bengal and can only be found in the Indian state of West Bengal and in Bangladesh. It is also called “New Jaggery” which is only extracted from the trees during the winter months.
